Paranova AI processes messages to answer questions about Shetty's Paranova. Conversation content is stored only when the visitor gives consent and the administrator enables conversation storage.

Lead details are stored when a visitor explicitly submits the consultation form. They are used only to respond to that enquiry. Raw microphone audio is handled by the browser's speech service and is not stored by this application.

Administrators can update lead status or delete a lead. Data retention is configurable. Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents, health data, or other sensitive information.
